Healing Miso Broth

This healing broth is packed with miso paste, my favorite feel-better food! Drink this straight, and GET WELL SOON!


  • Prep Time: 1 minutes
  • Cook Time: 2 minutes
  • vegetable broth
  • miso paste
  • warm water


  • Dilute a tbsp or so of miso paste in warm water. Stir until virtually no chunks are left. 
  • Warm up a cup or two of veggie broth, and pour the miso mixture into it. Stir and drink up!

Miso broth is my GO TO whenever I’m feeling under the weather. It get’s me back on my feet in no time, and is a staple during cold + flu season. I don’t have a miso color preference, but if you’re new to miso, I recommend starting out with the white variety.
